    ISYS Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator.

       Job Duties:

    • Support a team providing litigation support services, providing excellent customer service and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Consistently deliver well-articulated, balanced, and informed communications
    • Participate in defining and maintaining the processes and tools that allow team and client to meet client needs
    • Develop strong partnerships with the clients and supporting team leaders to provide stellar customer service
    • Establish or refine processes and delivery methodologies to enable successful delivery on project goals
    • Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of technical project documentation
    • Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers and team members
    • Assist client and management in other client service tasks as needed
    • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of IT systems set up by the to provide automated litigation support IT resources to specific cases
    • Coordinates with the company and technical/automation network staff on issues having to do with office automation networks.  Reports on progress to all stakeholders
    • Primary point of contact for teams and client leaders with oversight for access and technical maintenance
    • Work among a high-performing and collaborative team in supporting team providing litigation support from case consultation through review, production, trial and disposition
    • Respond to incoming requests for assistance with Computer access, setting up web conferencing, getting access to the appropriate systems and credentials, advanced troubleshooting, and consultation on technical workflow solutions
    • Troubleshoot complex issues while keeping the client informed with well-articulated and frequent updates. Coordinate with internal resources and Relativity Support as needed
    • Leverage technical expertise to advise client on latest technology and best practices.
    • Draft internal and external documentation, including standard protocols, policies, and lessons learned in order to improve efficiency, standardize processes and enhance overall user experience.
    • Maintain an understanding of e-discovery, market competitors and the hardware/software used to support the client.
    • Work a shift schedule of 9:30am – 6:00pm

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
