    Functional Responsibilities:


          ISYS Technologies is hiring a Senior Information Systems Specialist (DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST).


    • U.S. Citizen

    Job Duties:

    • Interface with clients via phone and e-mail and in person
    • Interface with internal customers and various technical support teams





    Experience Requirements: 

    • Seven (7+) years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of Five years of experience providing general desktop support with previous experience opening and maintaining support cases via CA Service Desk or BMC Remedy
    • 5+ years’ experience in with installing, configuring and supporting the Microsoft XP/Vista/Windows 7/8/10 operating systems on laptops and desktop computers in a client/server environment
    • 5+ years’ experience in supporting common applications, such as Microsoft Office
    • Experience with scripting using VB Script, Java-script, SQL, PowerShell, or HTM
    • Excellent written and oral communications 2+ years’ experience planning and executing activities using with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
    • Strong Level 1 network and VPN diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
    • Knowledge of iPhone smart phone support and administration.
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work with people at various levels of the organization
    • Demonstrated ability to concisely summarize and document client issues



    Desired Experience: 


    • BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
    • A+, MCDST, MTA, MOS, or similar certification



    Essential Requirements - Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
