    Responsibilities

    Functional Responsibilities:

                                                                                   

          ISYS Technologies is hiring a Weapons System Requirements Analyst.

     

     

     

    Job Duties: 

    • Coordinate C4I system requirements (e.g., systems, software, user account, data, etc.) with the AOC Divisions/Cell/Teams
    • Work with the Common Operational Picture (COP) Manager to design, execute, and manage the AOC COP architecture
    • Direct, perform and coordinate AOC weapon system (WS) end-to-end validation test prior to and during exercises and operations, approximately once/month
    • Ensure receipt of information and proper data exchange from other C4Isystem equipment into the AOC weapon system on a continuous, daily basis
    • Submit validated C4I requirements to the Chief, AOC Communications Team (ACT)
    • Submit user account information to the System Administrator on a daily basis, or as required
    • Validate and prioritize C4I system software problem reports (SPR), baseline change requests (BCR), and documentation change requests (DCR) (approximately 20/quarter)
    • Ensure receipt of information and proper data exchange from other C4Isystem equipment into the AOC weapon system on a continuous, daily basis
    • Ensure systems and versions compatibility with sister and coalition forces on a continuous, daily basis
    • Establish system access and password issue processes
    • Establish and modify AOC weapon system profiles and permissions to meet AOC Divisions/Cell/Team requirements on a continuous, daily basis
    • Ensure proper levels of security are maintained for approximately 150-250 personnel on a continuous, daily basis (e.g. United States (US) Only vs. Coalition
    • Develop, maintain, and coordinate AOC weapon system downtime and upgrades and timelines, establishing and coordinating priorities as appropriate on an approximately quarterly basis
    • Assist in C4I architecture development at the AOC level on an approximately monthly basis
    • Provide AOC weapon system expertise and technical advice to the AOC Configuration Management process at the AOC level on an approximately monthly basis
    • Oversee the AOC Floor organization and equipment placement at the AOC level on a daily basis
    • Coordinate with the AOC Division Chiefs and CST to determine database backup process and timelines on an approximately weekly basis
    • Coordinate with the AOC Information Management Office (IMO) / Knowledge Operations Manager to develop web server, shared file server, and data archiving requirements at the AOC level on an approximately weekly basis
    • Act as the United States Message Text Format (USMTF) focal point for the AOC for collecting and submitting recommended changes to the AOC WS Lead Command at the operational level on an approximately quarterly basis
    • Coordinate with higher headquarters (HHQ) on theater-wide C4I systems issues at the operational level to include acting as focal point for coordinating theaterwide operational cutover to new versions of systems and software on an approximately quarterly basis
    • Travel in support of operations in support of exercises and experiments that may require CONUS and OCONUS travel
    • Participate in AOC Weapons System Development and Operational Tests
    • Conduct CM audits and physical inventories
    • Coordinate with site users and develop procedures for submitting enterprise change requests to the program management office
    • Manage and process site request for variances for all configurable items that deviate from the weapon system baseline
    • Establish and conduct initial and annual configuration management training to site personnel
    • Assist the Information Assurance Manager in resolving site security and accreditation issues

     

     

    Qualifications

    Experience Requirements:

     

    • (3+) years of demonstrated relevant experience working with AOC Weapon Systems and familiar with Air Force Instruction (AFI) Operational Procedures – Air and Space Operations Center, secure facility access processes
    • Familiar with the AOC Weapon System and AOC operational training requirements and has at least two years mandatory experience in an AOC
    • Graduation from a DoD Pilot, Navigator, or Air Battle Manager training course and/or former Intel Officer course graduates and C2 specialists (i.e. 1C5 career field MSgt or above)

     

    Desired Experience:

     

    • NIPRNet and SIPRNet network enterprise environments
    • Microsoft Windows operating system software for servers and workstations
    • Solaris operating systems
    • VMWare
    • Oracle software for servers and workstations
    • Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) certification
    • CompTIA Security+ CE certification
    • IAT level II certification(s) IAW DoD 8570.1-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement program
    • Completion of a formal C2 FTU AOCIQTSYS and/or AOCIQTNET course or equivalent

Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
