     Functional Responsibilities:


          ISYS Technologies is hiring a Network Administrator.



    Job Duties: 

    • Work with Training Managers in the execution of IQT, MQT and CT design and execution in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Instructions (AFIs) for all AOC divisions
    • Work in conjunction with Training Managers in the development, execution and management of a comprehensive training program that ensures Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Divisions are trained in AOC processes and systems
    • Work in conjunction with Training Managers in the development, analysis, documentation and evaluation of unit AOC training programs
    • Work in conjunction with Training Managers in developing training requirements to support unit mission readiness for Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Divisions
    • Work in conjunction with Training Managers in anticipating, identifying and incorporating training requirements generated by programmed changes in equipment, systems, applications, personnel, or operational procedures
    • Work in conjunction with Training Managers and 608 AOC Stan/Eval in the development of a certification/Standards and Evaluation program for all AOC personnel to include basic qualification, multi-qualification, requalification and selection for instructor upgrade IAW with 13-1 AOC Vol 2
    • Work in conjunction with Training Managers and the unit in preparing for Higher Headquarters Unit Compliance and Operational Readiness Inspections
    • Work in conjunction with Training Managers and all AOC Divisions in preparation of a unit-training plan in accordance with governing AFIs
    • Work in conjunction with Training Managers in accomplishing training objectives through scheduling students for IQT, MQT and CT
    • Work in conjunction with Training Managers in conducting and identifying trend analysis and unit-training shortfalls to senior unit leadership and higher headquarters Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR)
    • Work in conjunction with 608 Unit Training Manager in the development of the unit instructor training program
    • Work in conjunction with Training Managers in development and enhancement of training folders for 608th AOC duty personnel and positions, via Learning Management System (LMS) or other unit directed program.
    • Coordinate required SPO training with AOC/ACOMS and the AFGSC SPO training representative
    • Participate in review, analysis, and feedback on Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS), Unit Type Code (UTC), and Unit Manning Document (UMD) issues monthly
    • Participate in a monthly formalized information exchange program with like AOC units sharing information such as lessons learned, best practices, training shortfalls and exercise training effectiveness
    • Monitor Air Force Space Command Information and Training Management (AFSPC CYSS CYI) Share point for AFGSC class openings in ETCA (Education Training Course Announcements). Send out monthly updates to AOC & ACOMS pertinent training to current AFSCs
    • Receive and disseminate monthly and quarterly quotas for training on AOC WS equipment (i.e. ADSI, JRE, GCCS)





    Experience Requirements:


    • (3+) years of demonstrated relevant experience working with AOC Weapon Systems and familiar with Air Force Instruction (AFI) Operational Procedures – Air and Space Operations Center, secure facility access processes
    • Possess a minimum of four (4) years of experience (or two (2) years of technical training plus two (2) years’ experience) providing maintenance, technical, logistics, and life cycle support for the types of equipment applicable to the maintenance of a network


    Desired Experience:


    • NIPRNet and SIPRNet network enterprise environments
    • Microsoft Windows operating system software for servers and workstations
    • Solaris operating systems
    • VMWare
    • Oracle software for servers and workstations
    • Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) certification
    • CompTIA Security+ CE certification
    • IAT level II certification(s) IAW DoD 8570.1-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement program
    • Completion of a formal C2 FTU AOCIQTSYS and/or AOCIQTNET course or equivalent

Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
