    Responsibilities

    Functional Responsibilities:

                                                                                  

          ISYS Technologies is seeking a CI (Counter Intelligence) Functional Support Analyst.

     

     

     

    Job Duties:

     

    • Coordinate with the COR, or other designated appointed individual(s), to plan, prioritize, and forecast analytic projects
    • Comport with timelines, classification, topical scope, depth, and format as requested by the Government
    • Document analytic project status throughout the lifecycle of each project using the prescribed J2X knowledge management tool, or as requested by the COR, or other designated appointed individual(s)
    • Assist in developing collection requirements and associated support products tailored for open source intelligence (OSINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), HUMINT, and CI collectors in accordance with proponent format and content guidance for each discipline
    • Develop downgrade and tear-line requests for compartmented, dissemination-restricted, and other classified reporting
    • Conduct necessary research and develop and submit requests for information (RFI) to acquire data relevant to analytic tasks
    • Conduct research of Publicly Available Information (PAI), using only authorized means and capabilities, as established by the J2 Directorate and J2X Division, while maintaining strict adherence to established Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs). The contractor shall attend all government-directed training in the area of PAI to ensure adherence to updated guidance, policy and restrictions regarding PAI research. All PAI research shall be in the furtherance of assigned products or tasking
    • Review analytic findings produced by IC or other mission partners (known as formal coordination, or collaboration) and provide substantive comment, as appropriate, on analytic tradecraft sufficiency
    • Develop evaluation and feedback of serialized IC reporting in order to aid in source validation and retasking and inform collectors of the value of collected information to USSTRATCOM. The contractor shall submit evaluations and feedback into the appropriate system of record and comport with the formatting and content guidelines directed by the report’s originating agency
    • Assist and advise the Government on the J2X collection strategy program, which includes, an integrated, data-enabled program of collection requirement analysis, collection requirements management, collection assessment and collection evaluation and feedback tracking
    • Conduct all-source intelligence research to discover information and insights of J2X concern to USSTRATCOM. Daily, or as otherwise requested by the Government, the contractor shall disseminate unevaluated and finished intelligence reporting that addresses J2X priority intelligence requirements (PIR). The contractor shall disseminate the reporting to J2X staff members via e-mail or other approved dissemination mechanism
    • Assist in developing intelligence production requirements via the Community Online Intelligence System for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM) or other appropriate system of record
    • Inform the Government of urgent and important CI information, such as threat indications and warning (I&W) or similar time-sensitive information, and, when requested by the Government, shall use unit processes to assess, characterize, and disseminate the information to USSTRATCOM senior leaders
    • Use critical infrastructure program (CIP) and/or mission assurance (MA) databases and applications to maintain awareness of USSTRATCOM critical infrastructure, which the contractor shall use to advise and enable J2X CI functions

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    Experience Requirements:

    • Five+ (5+) years’ experience with CI doctrine, TTP supporting military operations, coordination, integration, and deconflicting of joint CI equities within Joint Staff and Combatant Command Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
    • Five+ (5+) years’ experience providing CI expertise, staff assistance, and recommendations supporting CI input into operational plans, contingency plans, exercises and military operations
    • Experience serving as a CI staff officer within an MDCO, DoD Agency, or Combatant Command
    • Intricate understanding of the IC, with specific emphasis on the activities, responsibilities, and missions of the military department CI organizations (MDCO) and/or DIA counterintelligence
    • Experience serving as a CI staff officer within an MDCO, DoD Agency, or Combatant Command
    • Possess an intricate understanding of the US Intelligence Community (USIC), with specific emphasis on the activities, responsibilities and missions of the military service CI organizations or DIA counterintelligence
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
