    Functional Responsibilities:                                                                               

          ISYS Technologies is seeking a Requirements Management Tool Specialist.


    Job Duties:

    • Tailor a Requirements Management Tool to accommodate the needs of the requirements management team
    • Provide requirements management tool technical guidance for the design, structure, implementation of tool workspaces and data link
    • Provide just -in-time hands -on training as requested
    • Provide technical guidance to Requirements Management Teams and Capability Programme Directors related to maintaining requirements data using the tool
    • Provide tool products to support branch traceability analysis
    • Supports identification of options for resolving requirements management issues
    • Maintains configuration control of the requirements and traceability throughout the
    • capability life cycle
    • Facilitate requirements elicitation, analysis and prioritization sessions
    • Ensure Federated and Enterprise working to facilitate cross-functional, collaborative and supported interdependent teams/individuals in other divisions and other directorates across ACT as appropriate





    Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related discipline
    • 5 years of experience in requirements management
    • Experience with use of a requirements management tool (preferably IBM DOORS New Generation)
    • Experience in requirements development, either as a hands-on writer or facilitator of requirements elicitation sessions
    • Experience in requirements analysis and prioritization
    • Excellent communications skills both orally and in writing
    • Awareness of configuration control methods and practices


    Desired Experience:


    • Knowledge about Database development and use
    • Knowledge about ITIL and Agile for project management
    • Knowledge about NATO CIS architectures, AIS and NGCS capabilities
    • Knowledge about IBM DOORS, DOORS NG, Team Concept
    • Knowledge about project management in complex systems or projects in a military Communication and Information Systems environment
    • Experience in effective orally and in writing communication, including briefing and in coordination with international stakeholders

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
