Functional Responsibilities:


      ISYS Technologies is hiring a AGM Release Management Systems Engineer Senior.


Job Duties:


  • Provide independent verification and validation support for the AGM release management for all operating systems
  • Test beta, release candidate and final release builds to ensure proper functionality within a domain environment
  • Test AGM products against commonly used Army-approved applications and specific server roles
  • Document test results and issues for each phase of testing per the AGM Quality Management Plan, AGM Test Matrices and the Issue Tracker Log
  • Review and verify security settings of AGM-supported operating systems based on DISA STIGs, United States Government Configuration Baseline (USGCB), DoD Joint settings and Army defined requirements
  • Support development of AGM Group Policy Objects that meet AGM requirements for supported Oss
  • Provide input in requirements and release testing of the AGM monthly release, annual builds and new OS releases
  • Assist the Government in preparing and maintaining lab environments that mirror the Army production environment using the AGM-built Oss
  • Provide support to the Enterprise Change, Configuration, and Release management process for the AGM Program





Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in an IT related field with seven years practical experience or twelve years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education
  • Current Information Assurance (IA) certification (required at performance start date): IAT Level III (CISA, GCIH, GCED, CISSP (or Associate), CASP)
  • Current Computing Environment (CE) certification (attainable within 6 months of performance start date): Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)





Desired Experience:

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the following:
     - Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management
     - Automated mechanisms for deploying configured baselines
     - OS and application install process
     - Security automation
     - Non-Microsoft applications, examples of non-Microsoft applications include Active Client, Adobe products and Java
     - Web development
     - Application of IA processes/principles IAW NIST, DISA, NSA, RMF
  • Experience in software development for line of business mobile applications Application of IA processes/principles in accordance with NIST, DISA, NSA, and RMF 
  • Operating Systems: Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/Windows 10 Desktop Operating System
  • Experience with ASP.NET Framework and C++ and understanding of Object-Oriented Design

Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
